Glad you "re-dogged," it is the only way I know of to make the pain of losing another dog go away. And props for adopting an adult dog:cheers:

Looks like the black one will keep the white one in his toes.

He's a tank for sure. He can pull me around with out a problem and I'm 225#. He just isn't very bright. He is obedient, and he listens really well.

I love them both. They are playing more today and even were just relaxing in the grass next to each other. Barney seems happy to play.

We didn't want a puppy, too much work for us right now. With adult dogs you know how big they are, and you can observe their temperament easier. Plus, his tail is broken (not painful, but it doesn't wag), he's large, and I don't know if he would have been able to stay at the humane society too long before they "let him go" or "downsized".
