close up of the cat skid installed please?

It's funny you ask for this pic b/c I have a slight 'rub' of metal-to-metal from the spacing between cats not lining up with the steel from the sliders covering the cats. The rear cat rubs the slider steel slightly creating a minor vibration (see pic). The PO might have had the cats replaced and the installer didn't get them exactly in the original location...or Jim was off a little...I dunno. I think I need to 'nib' off a little of the steel w/a plasma torch or take some tin snips and cut off a vary small part of the ear / lower 'fin' of the cat at bottom.

Thanks...I wonder if I could just bend the cat's lower tab up a 'fuzz'? That would get it off the steel...Whadya think?

looks like you could. Also, i know it's a different year than mine (mine's a 95) those cats don't look OEM. I ground a little of the fin off mine to clear my slider.

Already done...I had a local muffler shop 'lop' off the lower fins of both cat shields w/a torch...no more vibrations!
