I just wanted to drop a quick line and say hello.

My name is Rio. My wife and I just purchased a '84 Fj-60, and we're really excited about it.

We are planning on trying to make it to a meeting here in the future, time permitting.

this being my first Cruiser i would like to ask if maybe there was a chance Toyota could have put a few more horn buttons on the steering wheel?

And will I ever be able to turn corners without honking at everyone. :D

I'm a fellow wagon owner, and know your pain. Wait till you get out on the trail and do it and everyone looks at you like you are out of your mind

fuse pulling is always a teat.. I cant honk if i wanted too:grinpimp:
hope to meet you some time and wheel.

Welcome! I also have an 84 FJ60 (and an 80 and a 40). Glad to see more owners popping up. My horns came broken. I am trying to fix them!

Welcome to the ownership. One thing I wanted to mention is.....why is it 9 times out of 10, that previous owners TRASH and i mean TRASH these things?

This 60 I just picked up.....what a mess.....it's almost sad how they just let them go to waste.

Anyway, welcome again, hope to see you on the trail.
