As a few of you know, there are several landcruisers in my family. Sean (my brother) has a Fj60, I have an FJ55 and my wife has an FJZ80 that she lets me drive, occasionally.

Another brother, Sterling, has been the holdout. Now Sterling has a nice full sized jeep-- a 1979 cherokee with a 360 and t-18 four speed, dana 44's including a real e-locker. It is actually a nice vehicle, not an LC, but a nice vehicle nevertheless.

Sterling needed a new family car, and we got him looking at 80's. On friday he bought a 1994 listed here:

And this is the email I get from him today :

I am going nuts!! I had no idea I would get so into
this LC! I want to get rid of my Jeep so I can start
using it. The more I read on Ih8mud the more excited
I get. It is so nice to drive a truck in the rain and
not worry about the inside getting flooded or soaked
by the rain. I am impressed with how capable the LC
comes stock. I think the only mods necessary will be
bumpers, sliders, 2.5" lift, and that is it!

So I would say we have another member coming our way. And this one may actually drive his . . . .
