Little modification needed for the 80 series.

Add some double sided tape.

I used it for about 30 os off road miles and 10 hours of driving. So far I am glad I purchased it. Wireless ham mic goes in the cup holder, nice easy access.

Is it really just as simple as drilling the holes lower to mount it on the 80? Did you do both DS and PS?

Um, that is way cooler than it should be. With my torso height, that's where my arm goes anyway. Armrests on my cars get no wear. Have any more install pics ? I'm having a hard time envisioning how you mounted it. At first I assumed the holes were for bolts, but after looking at my door, they appear to actually be for the door panel fasteners. What I have found with a brief search just shows magnet mounts to the 70 door. I assume this is a different / updated version that gets captured under the door panel in addition to the magnets. ? So, it's double side taped to the 80 door panel and captured between the panel and door shell with the trim fasteners you made new holes for ?

@Outsane Sorry to digress, I saw a squirrel, is that the LC coffee mug you make and sell?

Awesome armrest too! I wished there was one for the drivers right arm side.

I drilled holes 13mm in bound, I also added these steel plates to attach the arm rests too so they don't fall off easily.
