Wanted New 3B head bolts

My engine shop recomended that I put new head bolts in my new 3b head. Does anyone know anybody who stocks them in the us?

I had heard the 83' 3B had torque to yield bolts but I later found out that torque to yield bolts were not used until 1988. Does this sound correct?

They are all the same part number. Follow the FSM procedures and you will be fine. Don't over think this. Stick with what the Toyota engineers designed.
