For Sale new 2015 on Copart - what is this?

Up for auction right now - 2015 TOYOTA LANDCRUISR

Appears to be brand new but not a US version in Panama en route to Miami

side note - anyone bought from copart? Its fun to browse for lots of weird stuff but Ive never pulled the trigger

That is really strange, I have a coworker that has bought cars from Copart, but I really don't know too much about it.
