Needing Troopy

I've been looking for another project and a lifetime keeper for the past three years or so. I was halfway through a CJ7 build when I fell in love with Cruisers and was directed to this site. I thought about the Fj55 for a while, but have finally decided on a Troopy.

I want to purchase and get out the tools, but I'm also not so excited that I'm willing to buy a cancer ridden piece of cr@p that needs 20K of refurb work just to make it run. Let me know if you hear of one up for sale, or know of any owners interested in talking prices.
