Needed: Small Trailer from Phoenix, AZ to Denver, CO

Looking to move a lighter weight (about 700 pound) camping trailer from the Phoenix, AZ area to the Denver area (or even Loveland).

Anyone heading that way or know of a transport moving along that route?
