What is this?

The piece up front on the top that has 2 bolt holes, which bolts to the windshield frame. The factory specs called it the "front Visor".

I have the last remaining factory new oem rain gutter...but I'm planning to send my kid to college on it...offers? Sold new for around 400 bucks, when you could get it, comes in a huge wooden crate.
