Need welding recommendation (2 Viewers)

A friend and I are making aux. fuel tanks from 1/3 sections of 55 gal drums. Fits perfectly where a Tacoma spare usually lives. We have the plates cut to weld on for bottoms, drums cut and a welder lined up that would do the job for beer. Couple days ago he fell off a ladder and broke both ankles. Goodbye welding.

Anybody know of somebody that can do a leak-free weld on 10 ga. (.135) to drum without me having to bend over to far?
