Hey all. After facing a large bill for routine maintenance items, the time has come to sell a great 1989 FJ62 Cruiser. The paint and body were redone by TLC in 2003; the head was rebuilt by Man-a-Fre in 2002; it's got 33" BFGs on stock rims, OME suspension, and a clean/original interior. Runs very well, tranny is solid; all work done by Toyota dealers or FJ specialists. 222,000 miles (head rebuilt at 190k) Why am I selling:
It needs two new cat converters, a new O2 sensor and routine replacement of a couple seals. I just don't want to spend a few grand at this point, but the car is in good shape and has many many miles ahead of it.
White exterior, original grey interior, pics avail. I'm asking $5000 and that price reflects the work that is required. It has been my daily driver for 10 years. Contact Jeff at jeff.solsby@gmail.com or 949 933 5030 (Eastern Time Zone). The car (and I) are in the DC area.
