Need someone to build new bumper brackets

Hey guys, I am going to a 2" body lift on my 96 4Runner and I need somebody that can build 2 new brackets so the bumper will fit properly. You can use the stock TJM brackets as a template also, hoping for a 2 week or less turn around and will pay for quality craftsmanship. I'm in the Raleigh area.
