I have added ome 2.5 lift med. springs to the rear with 6002 nitrocharger shockes and reindexed the stock torsion bars and 6000 nitro charger shocks. The adjustment screw on the torsion bar is about in the center. MY PROBELEM... I can not even get 1" of rake before I lose too much up travel. Right now I have 1.5" of rake and only 1" of up travel. What am I missing??

you mean down travel? what exactly are you only getting 1" of movement from?

Yes I mean down travel,or the travel needed for the front body to go up from rebounding. The problems is there is not enough travel to adjust the vehicle to a near level stance and still maintain the down travel needed post rear lift.
Downtravel will always be an issue unless you upgrade the UCAs.
I would worry more about drivability. If the truck wanders or is dirty at speed and clunks really bad over speed bumps you will want to lower the front, but if all is well then don't worry. I run about an inch of rake and she is great off road and on the highway.
