So, after years of not being able to make the event I'm hoping to get it in this year since I can now tow my truck.
I need more information before registering though. Here are the questions...

1. My camping days are in the past so I'd want to stay at a reasonably priced hotel close to the action. The second requirement is that their parking lot be able to accomodate my tow vehicle and trailer. Any suggestions?

2. How far are the trails from the nearby hotel/campground? I'd probably be running the intermediate/hardcore trails.

3. Does everyone convoy from the campgrounds or meet at the trail?

4. Is it easier to trailer to the trail or drive the wheeler to the trail each day9 (it's a slug on the street, especially hills)?
If I trailer, will there be somewhere for me to park the tow rig/trailer?

Plenty of truck and trailer parking at the campground

Distance varies, some are right on site, most are 20-30 minutes away in Swanzey. There is SOME trailer parking at Swanzey and I will try to get you details on that as soon as I can.

Convoy. We have lineups at the campground and lead out from there. In the case of multiple groups going to the same place (Swanzey-then splitting up on the trails) we will stagger take offs to as not to over-represent on the roads.

4. Is it easier to trailer to the trail or drive the wheeler to the trail each day9 (it's a slug on the street, especially hills)?

All up to you. If you drive it on the road we require that you be legally registered.

Hancock Inn, pricey!
Google hotels in Keene NH, there are several, 20 miles from there to the campground.
We will drive as a group from the campground to the trail. If your rig is street legal it is better for the group for you to drive it.
None of the Trail Leaders have high speed wheelers!

Are there any bead and breakfasts or motels or whatever near the campground? Trying to get the gf to come.

Holy crap, $170 a night for the cheap room? That is a ton of money, really nice place though.

My wife will be attending this year, so she wont be the only chick!

A link to area hotels, Valley green is a dump, all the chain hotels are decent. EF Lane is upscale right on Main street but it's parking is somewhat limited.

lodging, keene nh - Google Maps

How about the Jack Daniels Inn? I think it's about 15 miles away, not in Keene though. Seems to have decent reviews. Saw the Super 8 and the reviews were terrible on Tripadvisor. Need a regular place, no GF this trip, bringing my brother on his first outing.
