I am making a turkey breast for Xmas since no one in my family likes dark meat. In the past I have rubbed it with oil and seasoning salt and put it in my Holland Grill for a few hours. I am not sure if I want to deal with the grill in the middle of winter. I saw some recipes for cooking one in the crock pot, and wrapping with foil and putting it in the oven. I don't have a roaster, so that is out of the question. If you have technique that works well, please share. Thanks
