Need Help

Hi, just need advice. I am doing the knuckle repack right now and I am having a hard time to get the long birfield back in the diff, it doesn't want to find its happy place. I got the flats vertical and I am wiggling a little but not wanting to go into the knuckle assy. Is there a trick? turn a wheel or something??
If someone can give me a tip that would be great. Thanks

Have a loyal assistant turn the diff flange. It should slide in then stop. You will need to lever it up a bit then in should go in.

back away, find the least mechanically inclined person and have them try...works for me

levered it up, that way the trick. I didn't know I could tilt it. what does that do to the seal?? prolly nothing. just curious. Thanks for the help. this is a messy job gotta luv it.
