Need help with Stilh 011AV oiler

Hello,
I have a Stilh 011AV that leaks bar oil from a small cotter pin being bar. Could someone explain what it is and how to repair it. The tank empties into my case and when running throws oil everywhere.

That is the oil tank vent. As the oil pump draws oil from the tank, the gap around the cotter pin allows air into the tank to prevent a vacuum.

Thank you! With the saw stopped oil leaks from there and with the saw running oil is pouring from pump discharge. Will rebuilding the oil pump cure these problems?

The oiler hose broke. Remove the oil pump and put a new hose on it.
