Need help with my brakes...

Anybody in th MB area want to help me fix my brakes? They aren't really stopping the truck any more, and I would rather have someone show me what to do than take it somewhere.
I'll do the work and supply the beer. I just need someone who knows brakes standing by telling me what not to do.

I am available all the time.

As far as I know, they are 4 drums

Greg, I would be glad to help, but I don't know anything about drum brakes. That's why I switched everything out to discs. Let me know if you go that route.

Also if you are still thinking of going to OMT, let me know. I am still trying to work it out myself. The tow rig that I was going to use lost its tranny last week. And I don't know if it will be fixed in time. So I may or may not be going.
