Need Help Whats Smoking?

Hey,

On my way to put gas in I noticed smoke coming from the engine. I couldn't see exactly where this was coming from. I wanted to get the forums opinion on what or where this might be coming from. Here is a pic and it smelled like oil burning as well. Thanks for helping out.

Pulley seizing and melting that belt??

Without a better picture or being there it's impossible to tell. Is a moving part rubbing that shouldn't be? If you have an oil leak there will be oil somewhere that you can see.

Leaking cam seal?

I'll guess a pulley bearing going bad and smoking the serpentine belt. Any noise associated with the smell?
