Need Help Understanding FZJ71 Wiring Harness Part Numbers (1 Viewer)

Hello everyone,





I have a 2005 Toyota FZJ71, and I recently purchased a wiring harness with part number 82129-60272.





When I searched using my VIN in the official Toyota catalog, it listed two part numbers:

• 82129-60272 (which matches what I bought)
• 82131-6A356

I’m confused about the difference between these two parts. Are they interchangeable? Do they serve different functions or apply to different versions of the FZJ71?





Important note:


My FZJ71 does not have an immobilizer system (engine immobilizer/anti-theft).





Before I begin removing and replacing the wiring, I’d really appreciate any advice or insight from anyone familiar with these parts. I want to make sure I don’t run into compatibility issues.

Is the current harness damaged or in need of replacement?

82131-6A356 has provision for AC and lockers.
