After cleaning tank from bad fuel, replaced fuel pump & filter, new fuel pump will not work. Checked relays & fuses & all are good. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Id begin (again) where you were working...check for loose or unhooked grounds, ect. Triple check all connections.

The P0300 code comes up for nearly everything it seems. Are there other codes? Did you unhook the battery? Most of the time cleaning the MAF sensor clears that code...doent seem to correlate to the fuel pump though.

A P0300 is a general misfire code and usually when it sets, unless it truely is a random event, it will also set a specific a specific code for each piston that is misfiring (EX. P0303) did you notice any other codes when you scanned it? Did this P0300 turn the MIL on? Just getting as much info as possible to try and help.
