First day I walk out to my LC and the key fab does not work so I use the key in the door and the alarm go's off this went on for a while.. I had some guys look at it and they could not figure it out. I pulled the wires to the door so I could open it up with the key and the alarm not go off. It's been a year now and I went with a aftermarket push button start passive alarm to see if it would bypass the factory alarm.
Well it didn't as soon as the passive alarm unlocks the doors the alarm sets off I have read some threads saying problems with the immobilizer the truck always started no problem.. could It be a problem with ECM if anyone can help It would be greatly appreciated.. thanks
