You could probably get someone to make it up out brake hydraulic line
X2. Definitely could be made without too much trouble.
Do you have to old one as a pattern? If not, just get a length of tube (a little extra longer than you think you need) and make some tubing art....

That would be my last option if i can't find the original one. I also dont have the original one. Any one knows what size is the pipe metal?
It wouldnt have to be exactly the same size,but its would be close to the same as the metal fuel line on a landcruiser
