Hi everyone,
I bought a 2000 LC100 2 years ago with 130,000 miles. I didn't use this car since then.
Now I'm getting ready to build it for over landing purposes.

Now here are the problems :
First of all, I don't have electricity on my passenger side fog light,o_O
Second of all, when I'm honking the horn, somehow circuit of the AUX fan and drivers side fog light gets involve,
Third of all, When I'm turn the fog lights on, The AUX fan gets on as well. 😰

HINT: I checked all fuses and they are fine.

I will be very glad for any comment and advise.
Thanks in advance.

Did you test these things two years ago before it sat? Or could it have been occurring before then? How old is the battery and what voltage are you getting from it? Was it sitting outdoors unchecked for 2 years, or was it covered?

Those are all located really close together. I wonder if you've got wire insulation worn out, allowing contact between wires in that area.

Also, you let it just sit for two years? What the heck, man.

I will check the kick panel relay box and fuses and I will let you know
. Thanks

All those being so close together, and acting so strangely—look really hard at the windshield area by the a-pillars to see if maybe you've got a leak. It's the only thing I can think of that would make circuits cross like that. It seems like those who have had windshield leak problems have reported that water drains right down the corner into those junction blocks.

So you think problem is from kick panel relay box ?

I believe it was like that since I bought it.

Covered with brand new battery and high amp alternator . 14.3 volts running and 12.8 volts off.

It seems like bad grounds can cause a bunch of electrics to go wonky at once.

There aren't too many places where loads of different circuits can be found all at once. Yours is a strange combination of symptoms, so I'd start looking in those types of places.

@Theraf8100 noted that the grounds are worth checking, I'd do that as well.

Probably a tedious process to get it all, but when you finally source the problem the fix might become obvious.

Ok, I tried to remove the relay box and faced new problem!
If you check the attached picture, you can see a bolt, when I tried to remove that bolt, my instrument cluster lights got off! Anybody knows what's that bolt?
The other problem that I recognized today is the battery is draining so fast!
