Need Fender Flares Filled Please!

I'm in the east valley. Cant find anybody who has any interest in welding my 28ish holes from where the OEM flares were. Could anybody help me out, possibly give me a quote?

I would spend a couple hundred bucks and buy a cheap wire feed welder. Then do it yourself.
