Need Factory Bumper Cover Painted---Raleigh

So a few weekends ago my father decided to see how his Highlander bumper stood up to my IPOR rear bumper. Obviously mine won.

I am looking for a good painter in the area. I have a new factory bumper cover from Toyota so I just need it painted. I was quoted around $250 from the Lexus stealership my buddy works at.

If anyone know a reputable place I could bring it to please let me know.

waaaaaaaaaaaaay long shot and im sure some folks will chime in here with some more suggestions:

might stop by toxic customs or give mike a call and see if he would be interested in a cash side job.
like I said, long shot but maybe worth it or he might be covered up. He builds and paints custom motos and is just a few doors down south of Ray Harris HD dealership.
