need bottom end of 2F rebuilt

Anyone recommened a shop or individual(for $$$) to rebuild a 2F short block? Cylinders need a .020 over bore and new crank and cam bearings. Can provide machining if only assembly is available. Would like to get this done right the first time, as close to Toyota spec as possible...

Will provide all parts, so hopefully no out of pocket $$ will be needed for assembler.
