Need an ignitor and coil for a 2F

I think my fuel related issue is ready to be solved, but now my coil died. I think its probably from not using a resistor and my being an idiot and leaving the key on all night a few times. I never said I was smart.

I have a ballast resistor new in the box if you need it.
It's an old Dodge part # but it's the same resistance as the
Toyota item.

Well, then I'd definitely like it! I dont think I've ever had this problem with any other vehicle I've owned. Is it because I'm missing this piece?
