I'd like to start the process of replacing my '14 4runner. With chip shortages and supply chain constraints this is becoming more of a challenge than I thought. Any recs for a knowledgeable sales person to help me order a '22?

Toyota isn't letting us order vehicles to customer spec. They are building to fill inventory/needs. What trim 4runner are you looking for? You looking to trade your 4runner in, there is going to be a lot of positive equity for you as well. The used car market has gone nuts with the shortage of new cars. I work at Riverview and I can look tomorrow morning and see what we have coming in as far as 2022 models. We did have a PRO but that has already sold.
