Need a part

I want to mount the 4Runner spare back under the truck.
I need the piece that mounts the chain to the spare. Anyone have one kicking around?

I'd look for the whole unit, I had to cut it down because the pulley and ratcheting mechanism was seized.

Cant help with part, But when I did mine I lowered the chain all the way and slathered it with a bunch of grease prior to rolling it up. I suggest that to keep it from seizing.

Actually all the "piece" consists of is a rectangle of flat stock with a punch out that forms a nub to fit in one of the rim's stud holes. Should be able to make something rather easily to foot the bill.

Am I refering to what you are looking for?

Yep, I figured it wouldn't take much to fab something up. I'll have to see if I can free up the rest of it.

That will most likely be the hard part...The Freeing of it.
