I agree. If you feel it's that important, why not pay for the service? If you still can't bring yourself to buy one, why not ask the seller to provide one?

Besides, $30 is cheap insurance. If $30 is going to break the bank, you probably shouldn't be spending $50-60k for a vehicle. ;p
