Need 12ht Vacuum Valve...

After much futzing around I have determined that my vacuum actuator is bad on the 12h-t. The diaphram seems to be leaking and its not the same as the one on the 2H. Both G&S and 4Wheel Auto (who usually never fail to find my part) cant come up with this one... Anybody have a lead? (click the pic below for a larger one)

Well I continue to come up with nothing on this idle up vacuum valve amazingly. So far nothing from all the wreckers in Australia, all the parts sources in North America, many efforts by Big Brown Dog in Oz (Thanks!). Toyota definitely no longer carries them in Japan, or Australia.

Does anyone know of any places with 12h-t cores getting parted? More pics here:
