The Northeast Association of 4WD Clubs Annual Fall Crawl
September 12th & 13th 2009

This will be a weekend of family fun on and off the trails at the Field & Forest Recreation Center in Hancock NH. The event is open to all members of NEA4WDC Member Clubs. There will be trail rides on private land as well as Class VI roads on Saturday (please see the listing below) and after the ride we will enjoy a BBQ feast. After we chow down, we will have a raffle with proceeds going to support the Northeast Association of 4WD Clubs. On Sunday morning everyone will be given the opportunity to signup for the trail you would like to ride that day and it will be on a first-come-first-serve basis.

DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS AUGUST 23rd!

**Please remember we do have more clubs so please get your registrations in on time and as soon as possible.**

Event Registration Fee:

The all-inclusive fee which includes one or two days of wheeling, 2 nights of camping, BBQ Saturday night, Sunday morning Continental Breakfast, event sticker, and event t-shirt is $50 per person and is non-negotiable.

The BBQ will include the following:
Country style ribs, kielbasa, burgers, dogs, mac salad, potato salad, slaw, and salad. Other items may pop up but so far this is the official menu.

Children 6-12 are $25

Children 5 and under free

T-Shirts
Event T-shirts are included in the Event Registration but you will need to indicate your sizes and color choices on your Signup Sheet. The colors this year will be Cardinal Red or Sky Blue.

Trails:
SATURDAY: All Trail requests are on a first-come-first-serve basis using the Signup Sheet. Please note once you sign up for a trail you will be locked into that decision unless you receive authorization from Scott Hatch prior to Saturday. If the Event Managers feel you have signed up for a trail that your vehicle does not meet the requirements for, you will be asked to forfeit your spot. Please respect their recommendation for the sake of others who would be on the trail with you and to be fair to all who sign up.

SUNDAY: TRAIL SIGN UPS WILL BE CONDUCTED SUNDAY MORNING @ 8:00AM and WILL AGAIN BE FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVE!

**We may be adding additional selections as Scott is waiting on confirmations but as trails come available they will be open for new registrations only.
