Came off my 02 LX470. I replaced it with a new one, problem ended up being the harness/plug to the throttle body. Actual mileage on this one unknown but works when you have a good harness hooked to it. $100 plus shipping, I’ll even send it in a Toyota box so you can get the feeling like buying a new one, only less cost.
