Nav not showing most roads, not "route not found" issue (1 Viewer)

As stated in the title, my Nav randomly stopped showing most roads, only some side roads further out. Oddly when I am near those roads the location is also a bit off.
I do not have any error messages so this is not the "route not found" issue. I just see the icon on a plain tan background field with no roads.
Everything else on the head unit works fine.

I checked threads and this was closest to what I'm experiencing but after zooming in and out, this isn't whats happening in my case.

Take out the disc from the NAV unit and re-set... or get a newer disc

Disconnect battery, let it sit, reconnect battery
