I was adding the transmission fluid cooler to my 2016 GX460 over the weekend which took 3-4 hours of my time. the battery remained disconnected the entire time. When I put everything back together and started the engine, the car immediately shut down. After a second attempt, the engine turned over no issues.

As a side effect, my Nav/Home screen no longer functions. The backup camera works fine. The AC works fine but requires me to push the "AUTO" button to get it to turn on (there's no other way to control the AC since the screen is black). So the screen is ok, the Nav/home screen is just blank. I found a few threads on the internet about this condition but nothing that actually worked for me. Supposedly the car's nav computer possibly needs to reload from flash or something. I was unable to get that to work. Also, i checked the fuse block under the hood and the one under the dash, there was nothing obvious in either place about a fuse for the car's nav computer.

There may be some other more accurate name for the computer that runs the central screen on my GX460 so forgive me if I'm calling it the wrong thing.

Stuff ive reviewed so far:

Thanks in advance...

This also did not work (narrows it down)

Also a no-go
Also a no-go

And to navigate the insane quantity of fuses and their cryptic meanings... This was handy...

Fuses relevant to the Nav/Audio screen:
Under Dash: PANNEL (38), BKUPLP (3), ECU IG-No2 (22), ACC (2)
Uner Hood: Rad NO 1 (49) Rad NO 2 (51)

I wish I could help 😔 hate that it happened. Perhaps disconnect the battery for a long period of time longer than 30mins again to let it set a full hard reset it, perhaps it could have cycled few to many times jumbling around the connectors upon the connection. Just a guess?
