Y-pipe from later model 80-series. Works well with no leaks. The 02 sensor stud broke off and will need to be drilled/heated out. This broke during a simple o2 sensor replacement, and I had to pull it to repair it, and at that point I just put a spare y-pipe on that didn’t need the extra effort. (Work smarter not harder they say).

Catalyst is good, flanges are good. 209k miles. $100

Howdy. Made some guesstimates and made a quote with ups. Shipping would be in $125ish ballpark. Gives me an idea. I’m fine if it goes up or down a bit when it’s all said and done.
The y pipe on my 80, I can hear the exhaust sound coming through the floor board while driving up hills. Took an IR gun and the temp is much higher on the input vs the output of the cat. Seems like a clogged cat, which I’m not sure can be fixed. Toyota wants north of $1k to replace with new, which is why I’m interested in what you have.
