Name that Engine Sound

Need some collective MUD wisdom. Can anyone tell me what’s causing this sound? The truck sat for a long time and now it’s hard to start.

Sounds like something on either the front or passenger side is knocking. Bad engine? It idles okay at around 800rpm.

Is there oil pressure? Can you get a video with hood up, maybe pull the serpentine belt?

Good oil pressure. I’ll try and start it again and take the serpentine belt off before I start it. Good idea!

Get a longer video with the hood up. To me it sounds like it is idling very low, and pinging. What are the RPMs at idle?

Trick will be getting it running again. It’s very temperamental. RPMs were at 800.
