just a short update...the bod reps voted down the name change for tlca...the vote was something like 20 no...2 yes...i think....as the tac rep i voted no....

I'm glad to hear that. As chair of the name change committee, we were only tasked with coming up w/a list of Pros & Cons, not to make a recommendation of whether or not we should. Had we been told, I am reasonably certain 100% of us would have said NO CHANGE!

i believe the 2 votes were from folks on the west coast...not sure...i just think we have bigger fish to fry than changing the name of a very successful organization...
