Hi I have a question-does anyone have recommendations for a reputable 80 series mechanic in the n. Charlotte area? My cruiser left me stranded last night, it's throwing codes po300, 301, 304, and 305, running very rough and overheating. Looks like this is probably a head gasket or wiring issue.

I'd usually fix this myself, but with the demands of my job right now, that's not going to happen and I'm going to have to pay someone to do this.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Faron

Toyota techs in fort mill are really good. (803) 548-2688

I think David (fjintegacay) had the name of a guy up north a while back.

If you are in a hurry you might look at someone other than Toyota Techs. I stopped in there a few months ago and they said they were busy and couldn't look at my 40 for a month. I called them back a month later and they said they were still busy and I should call them back in another month. I think I did and got the same response.

So I've given up on them.

But hey, if they're that busy they must be doing something right.

Wow that sucks, I've heard of a week wait once or twice but never anything more - what kind of work were you scheduling?
