My wife's new horse arrived last night after a long haul down from Rutgers University. He was given to her by an old friend there that went to equine college with Heather. They do studies on supliments to equine diets and Dante was a star pupil.
Here is RU Dante checking out his new stall today. That's my wife Heather, she is 6' tall. Dante is 17.2 hands and about 1,500 lbs, 4 years old and still growing. Heather lunged him a little today and he cantered and trotted well, even jumped a couple barrels. He is a well mannered boy and is now hanging out in a paddock with his new buddy Remington, a 2 year old colt born on the farm.
