So after months of questions and just "thinking about it," I finally got my new to me '24 LX 600 F-Sport last weekend, and so far I love it! I originally wanted to go with Manganese Luster or Nori Green, but I found a deal that was too good to pass up, and went with Atomic Silver, but when I saw it in person, I fell in love with the color. I love how it looks different in different light. So far I would say I'm 97% happy with everything. I love the way it drives, the seats are probably the most comfortable car seats I've ever sat in, and the power is great. My only real, but minor complaints are, I don't love the infotainment system. I think the ML stereo sounds really good, but I don't love the menu system. It's not horrible, it just seems a bit "fumbly." I've never been a fan of how CarPlay makes you leave the CarPlay screen if you want to go back into the audio menu, but that's more of a CarPlay issue and not Lexus...it's actually easier to deal with than my wife's Mercedes believe it or not.
My only other complaint is that I get a lot of wind noise coming from the sunroof, or at least a noticeable amount more than in my 200 (which I ended up keeping, so double win for me, ha ha). I did hear it during the test drive, and it's not crazy loud by any means, but it is noticeable. Has anyone else noticed it too? I did notice it on another LX I test drove, so I don't know if it's just normal, or if there's an issue with the weather sealing. I'll probably check with the dealer when I bring it in.
Other than that, the only thing left to do is wheels and tires, which I'm sure I'll have questions about. I pretty much became an expert at sizing for the 200's, but the AHC is new to me, and I don't plan on going too crazy with the wheels, so I'm sure I'll be asking about that. I really like the Vossen (yes, I know, so many people go with Vossens) HFX-1 in Gunmetal Grey, or the HF6-4. I'd like to go with a 285/60/20, but I'm not sure how much that will rub, so I'll probably go with a 275/60/20. I've been reading through the wheels and tires post, but still not sure. Anyway, that's my write up for now. Thanks for all the advice.

Looks nice! That color looks much cooler in real life.

The 20x9 +18 would probably work with that 275/60/20.

Do you think a +18 would poke out too much, or would sit pretty flush in the wheel well?

It will be right at the edge with that tire size. You may see the side wall poke out but not the tread (unless you have some oversized offroad tire?).

The math is similar to my set up.

Congrats, she is a beauty. Care to share how much you paid on a 2024?

I am on the same boat but can't get past that analogue gauge now that the 2025s are here with a fully digital option and the price gap from a 24 to a 25 does not seem to be that big. I don' t mind the analogue (actually prefer) but the mix-up of analogue and digital is poorly integrated IMO.

On the wind noise, you may be hearing those crossbars more than anything.

The hang up for me on the 24 Fsport is the lack of soft close doors and the brake controller.

I am cool without the massaging seats or digital gauges. I have that in my other cars that can’t be surpassed. The seats are more comfortable without all that extra stuff in them anyway.

Also no solid black for 25 Fsport.

Thanks, got it for $91k with 18k miles, and from what I can tell, it's in just about perfect condition. I couldn't even find a '23 for close to that price, so I think I did well. I agree, the '25 gauge cluster is nicer, but I couldn't justify the $25k price difference in getting a brand new one. You might be right about the crossbars creating the wind noise, so maybe I'll try taking them off and see if that helps.

Holly c... you stole it! Well done.

I know, right? I guess the guy traded it in on a Porsche, so it had been sitting at the Porsche dealership for a while. Apparently no one shops for an LX 600 at a Porsche dealership, so score for me I suppose. ;)
