My sunroof leaked. The drain were clear and rain was on the way. Soooo what I did was grab some blue painters tape and some clear caulk. I taped it off and put a small amount around the whole thing, ran my finger around it to smooth it flat and pulled the tape. Down side is that I don't open my sunroof, up side is that it works and we have had some crazy rain and it has stayed dry inside. Not a great fix but it meets two criteria, its cheap and it will keep things dry. Just my .02
