Wow, I totally forgot that until you reminded me about it, that was a long time ago. Yes, automotive body work is not a skill that can just be acquired, it's more of a craft or art. It's a shame that there are very few guys left around that know the techniques of how it used to be made in the old days before pre stamped panels and plastics. The guys that use english wheels and bead rollers and lead fill to do body work. These days most people in the auto body industry (at least the new guys) don't even know that metal has a grain to it.
