Definitely not the prettiest rig but I got it for less than what ARB lockers would cost. Today I replaced the torn intake air boot and worn throttle cable and got the lockers to somewhat function. I can get them to work with a little fiddling. They weren't working when I got it and I hope with using them on a regular basis they will work better. All the windows work, A/C is ice cold and radiator looks new. Eventually it will get some 285's and a 3" lift.

These are before pics, I'm in the process of cleaning it and will add some pics of it cleaned up a little tomorrow or wednesday. The guy I got it from is a commercial sand blaster so the inside is coated in blasting media

Oh wow! Yeah she's covered in media all right! But I love the red ones!!!
Looks to be in decent shape though. Nice to have you back

It looks a lot better today since I washed it and took the roof bars off also made some mechanical headway. Got the hood to latch tighter so it no longer lifts a 1/2" on the freeway, fixed the broken mount for the driver window controls, removed about 60% of the dumb wood trim, replaced the burnt out license plate lights and dome lights with PIAA LED bulbs, fixed the loose drivers door pocket and got the driver door lock cylinder to work a little better but still can't get it to lock with the key. Tomorrows project is to top off the birfields, lube all the suspension and drive shafts and if there is time more interior vacuuming and cleaning.

Congrats man!

A little more progress yesterday. Cleaned the wheels with Sonix which got a lot of the baked on brake dust off, will probably do another treatment down the road but the wheels look a lot better. Tightened the belts so it no longer squeals on cold start in the morning, put a little more grease in the birfields, all the doors are now wood trim free and removed the aftermarket hitch. If anyone wants the hitch you can have it, minor surface rust and no bolts as it was held on with the tow hook bolts. If its not gone by the end of next week its going to the scrap yard. If I can get some PIAA wire harnesses from my buddy next week I'll be installing some PIAA 2100 fog lamps and some 580 7" round off road lights. I also have a set of their 55w back up lights I might install as well but want at least the fog lamps on since the stock headlights are not the best.

More progress over this last week. The interior got hot enough to easily remove the wood trim around the vents so now the only piece left is the one around the HVAC controlls, replaced the broken right side head light and tail light, installed middle row seats, upgraded the dome lights to LED, painted the center grille black, replaced the spark plugs, bumped the timing to 6 degrees, and fixed a squeak from the front end.

Center row seat belt parts got here today and new front door speakers are out for delivery. Also going to make some temporary front door vapor barriers out of heavy sheet plastic and do a temp fix for the hot air coming in around the steering column shaft at the firewall.

Got some fender flares mounted this last weekend and my PIAA lights.
