Trade My modded LC for your stock LC/LX

I bought my LC in non-running condition back in August.
Since then, i had the transmission replaced, the rust taken care of with rust stopper and and bed liner. The front bumper taken off, sand blasted and repainted with bed liner (it looks good!).
the only things i have to do is:
Recondition the rear TJM bumper; Sand blast and repaint.

Power steering pump leaks; ill probably fix it before it sells/traded.

Probably should have the belts replaced since it squeels every now and again.

The brakes need to be gone through. The PO said they were replaced not too long before i bought it, but i have this feeling the rear brakes dont work at all... again, this will probably be taken care of before the transaction.

My dilemma:
Ive been driving it around and im becoming increasingly tired of the noise from the tires.
The lady friends are having a tough time crawling into the rig
(it is a funny sight to see, but its becoming old)
Everyone I know is too afraid to drive it.
its a little too slow for my tastes...the armor is bogging it down.
maybe a 93+ LC would be nice.

Since I owned it; aside from stated above, I've installed a remote starter with lock/unlock feature.
A new Pioneer radio with usb and aux in. i did it because i like to keep my iphone charged; and all my music is on it anyway...so its a win win for me.

It doesnt leak a drop of oil! Just PS fluid which again would probably be taken care of sooner than later.
It has ~230k miles and the transmission has ~100k miles on it.

Again. I love my LC, but I think having one closer to stock is probably the right direction for me.
A small lift or other mods are okay; lets see what you have if youre interested!

oh...and some specs in my sig below

Also... As of last night it has a Die Hard Platinum marine battery that set me back 300 bucks; but its the best money could buy...i think i would like to keep the battery if possible.

edit: i guess i need to add a price for this.. even though i want to trade and im not interested in selling.
price is set at $8500 obo.
I wouldnt mind a 4runner either, for the record.
I have 3 other vehicles aside from this; none of which are 4wd or camping worthy, so whatever would be next in my stables it would have to be 4wd!

ill snap a few tomorrow.

and also in defense of our friend here; i added the price after he posted. I honestly rather do a even steven trade vs a sale; but if need be, i can hold on to the money till i come across a decent stock 80/lx.

Little advice... keep it, regear it and grab some a$$ when you lift the girlies into the rig. You should have opened the door for them anyway, so you are right there.

eh... maybe. ive been thinking about a regear and retarding the timing just a tad for that extra oompf but it also just gets too much attention. im getting a little tired of people stopping me in every parkinglot to ask questions or some drunk hobo telling me he had the very same one 3 years ago.

I have to apologize for the photos. got too dark by the time i got home so these are the only ones suitable for viewing...
the diff is all black from the PS fluid. leaking on to it, i swear! (no really, its from the PS fluid leaking on to it)

ill try to get some viewable phots tomorrow; or find my nikon camera instead of using my phone! :bang:

the driver's seat had 2 small rips in it. theyre just slits about 1.5" long from the wear. otherwise the seats look great. the floors....well the PO didnt use floor mats i dont believe. I do, but i think the damage is done. all that snowy dirty ish is on the floor already; im sure a steam cleaning would do it good though. but again; its the wrong season for cleaning. If i still have it this coming spring, ill be going through a deep cleaning for sure. nothing a good scrub cant fix.
also, ill be getting the truck repainted come this spring as well (or if youre within reasonable distance, ill have it sent to a contact of mine who will have it repainted). why? well its a 19 yr old rig. and the PO decided he was going to do the paintwork himself and not everything matches (the tailgate is a different white than the rest of the truck, and on the rear q panel there is a 2" area that was sanded down but never repainted, so its just bare metal exposed to the elements).
