Here are a couple of pics of my milemarker hydraulic install.
The bumper is a custom aluminum job I had built out of 5/8 alloy. The two horns on the side are air horns.
The winch bolts directly to the front of the bumper, in line with the welded angle-iron mounts that bolt the bumper to the frame horns, so there is no twisting moment on the mounts during a pull.
The fairlead is synthetic one for synthetic winchline.
There are two holes cut in the front of the bumper to allow access to the two levers that control high/low/freespool.
I'll post some more pics when its on the truck.
