My first mods to the FJ

I got some sliders and a transfer skid plate from Trail Gear. Tough to pass on $410 shipped to NC. Julie helped put them in too. She has much smaller hands and far more patience than I do.

Here she is working the top front bolts on the sliders.

And again the front bolts on the skid plate.

I have to admit, it is pretty freaking cool to have your wife wrenching on your FJ.

I agree that its cool to get the "girls" involved. My daughters gave me a hand swapping my coilovers today. I would do one side, have them watch and they would do the other side. Sure saves time when you have some extra hands getting the other half done...
