Hello,
I'm from Angola - Africa, and we go a lot to the beach on weekends.
Because of my work I do not have many time to prepare the car with all the things we need during the week, so the best solution was a small trailer always ready to rock !!
So, I started do look for a trailer, but, Angola doesn't have any dealers, if we need something we need to go by car to Namibia to buy, in this case an off road trailer.
So, I'm working on a maintenance company, and sometimes we need to visit suppliers, and thats how I found this Chinese trailer abandoned on a warehouse, didn't have the floor or electrical installation.
This is day one
start dismantling
Start to reinforce the chassis, welding everything
shocks installation
the lid structure to suport an 1.6 roof top tent
the lid shocks that I bought on a junkyard, and they do lift everything.
Start wiring.
power inlet
water tank, 120 liter
painted with durabak
12v pump installation
My wife demands....
working on the power box
lid light (led bar)
last weekend finished all wiring.
ready to try it on the next weekend.
just want to say thank you all, I spent a lot of hours reading this forum, taking ideas from your projects.
Thank you again,
Regards,
Pedro
PS: Sorry my English.
